1. Order Completed
Once you have completed your order, you will be directed to a completed order page with details of your order, including your order reference number.
2. Order Confirmation Email
We will also send you an automated email with your order details. Please keep this email for your records. Check your spam or junk email folder in case you do not receive your order confirmation email. Please note all confirmation emails are ent from a no reply address. 3. Payment
You can choose to pay by the following methods. Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or Union Pay can be paid except American Express) Bank Transfer / Bill Payment (KBank or Bangkok Bank) “confirm your payment at” Inform payment
4. Order Processing
We process all new orders at 12.00 every working day.When your order is processed, it will be moved to the “Picking and Packing” stage.
5. Picking and Packing
All the items that you have ordered should be in stock and available for picking. We will pack your order carefully and securely in a box for delivery.
6. Dispatching
For all order will be delivered by the SCG EXPRESS. When SCG EXPRESS collect all packed orders from our office you will receive tracking details with which you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
7. Delivery Schedule
All orders dispatched to customer within 3 working days after we of received a remittance for invoice before 12.00.

Payment Process by Credit Card or Debit Card
1. When you have selected the products enter to Your Basket click “Check Out”.
2. Shipping: Choose method and shipping address, If you need to full tax invoice please click the box and fill in all information.
3. Payment: Select Credit / Debit Card. The system will take you to the Secured Payment Gateway website by KASIKORNBANK. After that, please follow the bank’s payment procedure by filling your card information correctly to finish the process.
* Please do not press the Back button or close the window (Exit) or press any key more than once in the payment process. Otherwise, there may be a payment error. ** If you have problems with your credit / debit card usage. Please contact your card issuer to resolve the issue.
4. When the credit / debit card payment process was successul. The system will return you to the web page. Customers will receive an email (E-mail) to confirm order.
If you have been notified by the issuing bank that your account balance has been deducted. But you did not receive an order confirmation email please contact us.

3. Payment: Select Direct bank transfer the system will take you to the page. “Order Confirmation” for details of bank payment number and you can printed out for payment at the bank counter or ATM or internet banking application.
4. After the transfer to the payment, please confirm your payment within 3 days after date of order confirmation and enclosed the scan file of the pay-in slip in page Inform Payment. The company will check all the details and amount of the money with your order confirmation completely, the system will return the acknowledgement of your payment through your email address.
3. OFFICE HOUR AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY

2. Submit a Pay-in Slip
3. Payment for goods and services in cash
4. Wait for payment confirmation from the bank officer
5. Verify the payment confirmation
6. After you have a payment, please notify us click Confirm Payment If you have a KBANK account or Bangkok Bank, you can make a payment via ATM, Mobile Banking / Application, or via the Internet (Cyber Banking). By fill in the reference number 1, reference number 2 and the amount shown on the bank statement.
* Please check the accuracy of the reference number and amount before confirming the payment. Otherwise, if the error. It may delay your delivery.
** Please note that the bank will charge you a fee. (Not included in product value)
