How to thaw and serve.
• To preserve the original flavor as much as possible, it should be kept frozen at a temperature below -18 °C.
• Thaw the frozen cake by putting it in the refrigerator (0-5 °C) for 1-2 hours before eating.
• The thawed cake should be consumed immediately. Cakes that have been thawed should not be re-frozen because the quality or taste may change.
