Enjuku Koji Miso Stick from Hikari-Miso brand is a miso that comes in a single-use stick sachet. You can enjoy the taste of fresh miso soup quickly and conveniently without worrying about the problem of dry miso due to exposure to air. We use Enjuku Koji Miso, one of the best-selling miso for over 20 years. It has a light beige color and tastes with the perfect balance between umami and sweetness. Mixed with seaweed and bonito dashi broth for a more mellow flavor. Miso meat dissolves easily. Just add tofu and wakame seaweed to the hot miso soup. It’s ready to serve.

Making Miso Soup (for 1 serving)
1. Bring 180 ml of water to a boil, then add your favorite ingredients (such as soft tofu, wakame seaweed, Japanese scallions, etc.).
2. When all the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat then add 1 packet of miso and stir until well combined. Ladle into bowls ready to serve.
(As needed, adjust the amount of water to increase or decrease the concentration of miso soup.)
