It is made from high-quality soybeans that have been meticulously fermented for a long time, resulting in a bright beige color and a balanced flavor. It’s also vegan and gluten-free. Can be used to prepare a variety of dishes such as miso soup, steak, pasta, or hot pot, among others.
Making simple miso soup.
1. Bring 200 ml of dashi broth into a pot and heat until it begins to boil.
2. Reduce the heat to low, add 1 tablespoon of miso, and whisk until dissolved and fully blended.
3. Add soft tofu and wakame seaweed. Continue cooking over low heat until it begins to gently boil, then remove it from the heat. Pour into a cup and serve.
