Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans, popular especially at breakfast. This Daruma natto is a traditional handmade and using small grain soybeans produced in Hakodate, Hokkaido. It is natto of very small soybeans. Manufactured with high quality and abundant underground water at the foot of Mt. Komagatake and our own manufacturing method. For some, natto can be an acquired taste due to its powerful smell, strong flavor, and sticky consistency. Natto a rich source of protein formed a vital source of nutrition in Japan.
