🍱 Maru-Yu Mutenka Miso from the Hikari-Miso brand is made from 100% organic soybeans and rice. The use of a large number of soybeans in conjunction with a long fermentation period. 🥢 How to make miso soup.
1. Boil 1 liter of water, then add the dashi powder.
2. After getting the dashi broth, reduce the heat to low, add miso to the ratio of 1 tbsp miso per 200 ml water, and stir well.
3. Add wakame seaweed and soft tofu. Top with sliced spring onions. Ready to serve.
