Make for a delicious Japanese appetizer.

Yasai Croquettes, or Korokke as they are called in Japanese, are delicious fried food made from panko crumbed mashed potato with carrot, onion, corn and green peas. They’re crispy on the outside, soft and potato-y on the inside, and full of veggies!

How to cook.

Take one or two croquettes at a time, without defrosting them, and fry them for about five minutes at medium heat, or 170 to 175 degrees Celsius, until they are golden brown on both sides. Set up on a platter. ready to serve.
