Unagi Kabayaki is made of Japanese eels in freshwater.

Cooking in Microwave Oven :

Remove Eel from packing and place onto a microwave-safe plate. Cover with waxed paper or plastic food wrap. Microwave on high power for 2 to 3 minutes, or until hot. Serve immediately.
