Kanoya Udon is made using natural underground water from Shikano, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, and carefully selected wheat flour. Through a one-of-a-kind manufacturing process and technology so you can completely appreciate the texture of the traditional udon noodles as well as the umami flavor of the wheat flour. Simply cook frozen noodles in boiling water without first defrosting them. It is suitable for both hot and cold noodle menus. The noodles are thick, smooth and soft, with a chewy texture. It is yet another popular noodle among the Japanese.
The recommended storage temperature for frozen items is below -18 ° C.
